The Lake Effect Show Ski Team

Lake Effect Show Ski Team is Canada’s first not-for-profit water ski show team, based in Gravenhurst, Ontario, in the heart of Muskoka. Founded in 2026, we bring together athletes of all ages and skill levels to deliver fast-paced, family-friendly performances featuring skiing, barefooting, jumping, and human pyramids—all set to music and costumes.

Our mission is to promote water sports, athletic development, water safety, and community while creating an exciting summer attraction for residents and visitors. Working with the Town of Gravenhurst, we’re proud to showcase the beauty of Muskoka’s waterfront through high-energy entertainment the whole family can enjoy.

As a registered not-for-profit, Lake Effect is powered by athletes, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and community partners. We’re building something special for Muskoka, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
